Medicine with Bessie Borage – Outreach session

Explore the different diseases and illnesses that were common in Tudor England and beyond and learn about their different remedies. Make an amulet to ward off disease and explore the past using household objects and herbs from the garden. Take part in a herb quiz, discover the secrets within the garden and play a medicine game.

This session is designed for KS 2 pupils.

NB this session can also be Stuart themed.

To book the facilitator for the half day session the cost is £4 per pupil and to book the facilitator for the full day session the cost is £8 per pupil (all prices include travel costs)
