CUSTOMER NOTICE
Coronavirus (covid-19) update

Focusing on the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our top priority. In line with national guidance and government recommendations we have taken the difficult decision to cancel any events involving the public or large gatherings until further notice. This will mean the 1620s site will be closed until further notice.

The 1620s site is a beautiful and inspirational place to do a wide variety of activities.

The main hireable space is the old stone barn, which has 50 chairs and a mixture of rectangular and round tables, central heating and good acoustics.

There are several power points within the barn and Wifi is available.

Our catering officer would be happy to discuss catering requirements with you.

Please note that the barn is not available 9am – 5pm Thursday to Sunday from April to the end of September as it is used as a tea room.

The 1620s House and Garden is also available for hire for filming and photography sessions.

For further enquiries, including access to the house and gardens, please email dlhmanorhouse@leics.gov.uk to discuss your requirements.
